Q: Do I need to open an account to use X-Swap?

A: No account creation like with traditional exchanges is required. You can utilize X-Swap with the wallet you own.

Q: What is a wallet?

A: A wallet is a tool for storing and transferring cryptocurrencies. It manages private keys and is essential for using this service. Common wallets include MetaMask and Trust Wallet.

Q: Are there any transaction fees (gas fees)?

A: Yes, conducting transactions requires blockchain network fees (gas fees). The fee amount varies depending on network congestion.

The tokens needed to pay transaction fees differ based on the network used.

Below is a list of networks supported by X-Gate and the tokens used as network fees for each:

  • Ethereum: ETH token
  • Japan Open Chain: JOC token
  • Arbitrum One: ETH token
  • Base: ETH token
  • Avalanche C-Chain: AVAX token

A: X-Swap supports the following five networks:

Q: Can swaps be conducted between different networks?

A: Currently, only swaps within the same network are supported. For transferring USDTX or USDCX across multiple networks, please use X-Gate.
